1. Hydraulic torque converter and gearbox drive engineering chassis, four-wheel drive, large driving torque, high shoveling ability, and strong climbing performance.
2. The cab adopts mining safety ergonomic design and has passed FOPS and ROPS certification. Centralized control, reasonable layout, comfortable and convenient; the cab can be raised, lowered and tilted to facilitate precise operation.
3. Hydraulic wet dual braking system, oil brake for driving and closed spring brake for parking which meet the safety usage requirements of mines with long slopes and low tunnels.
4. The fully hydraulic parallel-moving arm system can keep the movement trajectory of the rake parallel to the direction of the tunnel.
5. The articulated special chassis has a smaller turning radius and can meet the needs of tunnel operations to the greatest extent.
6. The breaking hammer adopts industry-leading South Korean imported brand products, with stable performance, flexible reversal, high impact energy, small recoil force and long service life.
7. The reinforced engineering chassis greatly enhances the rigidity and strength of the vehicle body, making the vehicle heavier and more stable in crushing.
8. It has two working forms: "scaling" and "raking", which can be quickly switched during the work process. When dealing with large areas of pumice, you can use a rake to quickly scrape. When dealing with stones with greater bonding strength, you can use a breaker hammer to impact.
9. Equipped with a ballast cleaning shovel, which can quickly and properly clean the blast pile before removing the ballast, so that the scaling rig can be driven to the working site to clean the stones on the roof and side walls. It has better pass-ability and stronger adaptability.
